Car stopped charging. Installed new Ford reman alternator and new battery. Cranks and runs, just won't go over 12V. I've checked everything.

Possibilities*
1. Bad alternator.
2. Bad wiring/connector.
3. Bad PCM.

*: Assumes replacement was done correctly.

It started not charging before I replaced the alternator. The new one didn't fix the problem.

are you able to start the car a few times without the battery going flat? could be something as simple as burnt/bad wiring to the battery. it's unlikely but worth a shot.

As stated, could be a bad pcm or wiring to the pcm. have you done any sound system work or anything electrical lately? You could be stressing out the charging system causing it to flatline.

what are you using to measure the voltage? use a multimeter to probe the battery terminals while the car is on (charging.)

The car is rust free so all the wiring looks very good. Stereo is stock. I used my Power Probe to check voltage.
