just saw this listed on Atlanta craigslist http://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/cto/2857418193.html
1998 Lincoln Mark VIII. Totaled by the insurance company in a rear end accident. Purchased from the insurance company and saved it from the scrap yard. Alabama scrap title. The car was running great at the time of the accident. It was a running, driving car even after the accident.
BUT ~ The car does not run, it has damage to the rear. Parts have been removed (radiator fan & intake boot), and the key has been lost. It will take a very good mechanic to get the car back on the road.
There are lots of great parts including: nice, black leather seats, wheels and Michelin tires. The scrap yard is less than five miles away, but we hate to send this Lincoln to the crusher.
It's black on black with factory chrome wheels
These cars still sell for more than 5+ grand when they're running and driving.
Search 36874 for item location
Call: (229) three seven six - 1511
The car is being offered at less than scrap price. 3700 lbs @ $12/100 = $442 + 4 aluminum wheels @ $15/each = $60 TOTAL = $502.00 PLUS - nice catalytic converters worth $$$(?)
