I have tried the tune up two or three times for the Check DCL problem on my 93. I have also tried taping the plug down and putting dioelectric compound on the contacts. It still beeps, if a little less frequently (still annoying :) ). Any other ideas?
Also my 93 does not have the JBL system but still seems to have a factory amplifier. (I put in an aftermarket deck but can only turn it up to about half). Anyone know where this amp is and how to by pass it? Thanks!

factory amp is located on the left side of the trunk, near the air suspension shut off switch. bypass wiring harness are avail at most audio resellers.

What I found is that by moving the red wire that goes into the DCL, it fixed my problem. I figure the solder was bad and by moving it a little it made a good connection.

unless you got the bad connection resoldered, it will return. just moving a wire to make contact is not going to fix the problem, just cause it to go away for a while.
