Speed Bump
Hey guys been busy the past year with work and all but I thought I would up date you on my 94.
After I blew the 4th tranny I did some research got some money together and rebuilt the driveline. 2800RPM 9in stall from Midwest converters built tranny with all updated parts and Baumann shift kit, set at 4B. Tranny was built by NATCO in Isanti MN. 93 drive shaft with upgraded u-joints.
Got a diff out of a 97 mark ripped out everything in side and installed Richmond gears 4.10:1 with a new 28 spline cobra posi. Built by 4-wheel parts in ham lake MN.
Got it all together and drove it for about two months until a few weeks ago when about 60 softball size hail hit all over the car smashed the grill, windshield dented every panel on the car. The insurance company says it was a total loss so they gave me 2500 buck so I'm looking into a new exhaust so I can go even faster.
When I g-teched it this summer I got 14.7 spinning through 2nd so it can definitely lay down some rubber. Now I'm looking into getting a truck because its winter and driving a car like that dose not do so well in such circumstance.
