chrome strip removal?

How do I be able to remove all of the chrome strips on the bumpers and side moldings?

it just peels off - the chrome is just a coating on top of a plastic piece.

I meant to say the whole entire plastic/chrome piece.

Same, It peels off as well.

They are stuck on with 3m tape - peels off - slow but constant pressure.
