Cigarette Lighter Fuse keeps popping

I can't seem to keep a fuse. It keeps popping as soon as I put it in. I've tried disconnecting the battery and put it in. But soon as I reconnect the battery the fuse would pop. I know there is a short somewhere. How do I go about to pinpoint it?
