cleaning headlight lenses

Hi Everyone. What's the best way to clean the inside of my 98 mark lsc lenses? I'm replacing a HID bulb (ouch) and need advice. Thanks

The inside?

I cleaned the inside of my housings with rubbing alcohol... be careful though....

I used the old waitress cheat for cleaning coffee pots on the inside of my headlight lens - a combination of water, salt and broken up ice cubes - worked pretty good. Then followed by some 3x distilled (at least) vodka (for me and the lens) And much rinsing...

Did my outsides...

Don't know about insides but if outsides are yellowed. Chrome Polish !!! Did mine couple weeks ago, rub back and forth in a straight line section by section with a cotton cloth.
Amazing how clear they are now, like new, did my old T-Bird lenses too.

You should see what I have in my taillight lenses... Allante's have some of the biggest rear lenses out there...

The Buick Century has a 62" long tail light with 12 bulbs or so...

Yeah the outside's a different story- buff with the same compound you use on paint. Same exact process.
