Do you want to do a serious paint correction or just spruce it up?
A porter cable with various bad and compounds will allow you to restore the paint as much as possible, but you will be in at least $200 for the unit and pads.
If you just want to make an improvement clay bar it and hand apply a scratch remover to the entire car, cost would maybe be $40.
