The government and auto dealers have partnered to give customers cash for their clunker.
Man, this program doesn't say much for the quality of the product coming out of Detroit.
Vehicle as young as three years old are now being considered "clunkers".
There is, and has always been, a stigma to that term.
I felt extremely insulted when I received a letter from a local dealer offering me cash for my clunker.
The vehicle in question is my 2003 Dakota R/T pickup that I bought new, and has only 42000 miles on it, and looks better than new.
This is about as far from being a "clunker" as the moon is to earth.
Clunker my a$$.
Bob.
