And yes I've searched!
I found this picture that KK posted some time ago. I've had my intake for a while and I was looking at aftermarket vs cobra rails, the fuel pressure regulator is easy but what do you with the pulse regulator? (I think thats what its called) if anyone has pics of the fuel lines on a cobra intake swap that would be awsome. I found a few good threads on .org for a swap with aftermarket rails and a parts list but nothing is mentioned about the part in question.
I'm wondering if it is just deleted and the vacumme line pluged.

I also went through the Ford service manual and couldn’t find any direct reference in the fuel section nor is the part removable like the regulator. Any help here would be appreciated!

That's the "Fuel Pulse Damper". On the 96-98 Cobra it's in the feed line before the rail. I've never heard of anyone who installed aftermarket lines on a Cobra complain about it missing, so when I install the Cobra intake manifold and fuel rail on my LSC, I'm not going to worry about it, unless I have issues.
