coil 3 misfire

ok so i told ya'll about how i though i needed a new valve body and solenoid. took it to the dealership and they told me my #3 coil is misfiring. they told me cost would be $586. thats with my window regulator and fuel pump covered by warranty, and the $100 (+84 dollars to run diagnostics) deductable is allready added. the remainding $380 is paying for the fuel filter, coil, boots etc. does that sound about rite?

$100 - deductable
$84 - diagnostics
$380 - coil, boot, ect
