I have a #4 misfire and it started throwing a bank 1&2 over retarded will the a bad coil cause interference with with some other sensors? 2005 v8 ls

A failing/bad ignition coil, (Coil On Plug), can cause emi/rfi interference that can cause feedback to the PCM... causing the PCM to plsy tricks on itself.
Especially when its a coil close to the PCM... which is in the passenger side kick panel.
You know you have a bad coil... so why not just replace it??? And don't buy a cheap coil from AutoZone... cause it won't be much better than the bad one.

I know i have a bad coil I just now changed it we'll see if I still have those other code after I drive a while

I hope you used Motorcraft for the replacement. Them aftermarket ones can damage the PCM.

There are good aftermarket coils. You just need to know what to look for. Borg Warner and the higher end Standard Motor Products coils are just fine. Not the "T" series though.
And nothing from Autozone. The Intermotor from Advance Auto are the same as the SMP.
