Cold Air Intake

besides the fact that you wont be able to hook up the rubber on that to the rubber bellows...and youll be maf'less. id say go for it. If you do have the aftermarket MAF i dont see how it would be a problem. It will give you a small gain, but i think the icebox would be even better.

All that and get rid of, or relocate your air compressor, so it will fit. Unless you already have coil conversion.

na it will fit under there without removing the compressor, it just takes the place of that damn air scilencer.

That intake won't work it's not made for our motors.

lol why wont it work, its just plastic? no sensors on that puppy.

My wife has the MAC version of this on her 00' stang. I like the growl it added and it did add some juice (I added side exhaust and superchip at the same time). I cant see this workin' on the Marks 'cause the filter would be right where the airbag compressor is.

LMS has a cold air box...

As long as it is at least a 3" internal diameter pipe. give it a shot and tell us how it works. You may have to get a cone filter that is "narrowed", to fit in the spot where the silencer once sat.

nope you dont need anything but that.....i tried to do the same thing myself last year with 4" ductwork...it worked, i just didnt like how it looked jerry rigged. (besides that was just feeding it into the box, the filter down there would be good. ITs the same idea as the cold air on the mustangs, where you stick it into the side..rather on ours, it goes to the bottom.

The compressor is lowered for a K&N RU3480 Air Filter. Look closely...

So the compressor is in the way for a "plug and play" part. Installation looks good on the top. Any pics from below?
This is one of the better routes I have been playing with for a cooler air induction.
