o.k long story short I had the filter in the engine bay, very crude set-up...so i decided to get ricer tube(flex hose) and mount it in the nose(on top of compressor)I know true cold air.....but after looking at a few engine bays on stangs and stuff, i want to put the filter back in the bay...it looks better to me. So here is what I need, I am going to parts dept. to see what i can get from there but I want to see if you guys got suggestions.......
I need a piece of tube, like a mac or somthing set up, or the tube from like what the powerstrokes have to mount from the end of my intake tube to the MAF, I also need those blue rubber pieces, adapters? that powerstrokes have or other C/A set ups, the rubber pieces from the plumbing section at home depot look like crap and are not as flexible as the blue ones, can those be had from parts individually?, i'll need 2 of those + clamps, then I am going to get a icebox from geno to keep that engine heat out , with a new cone filter .
so in summary, I am looking for the tube and the blue connecters, any suggestions? here will be the finished product Factory intake tube-blue rubber thing/w clamps-aftermarket tube-another blue thingy/w clamps-Factory MAF-custom adapter by brad-inside LMS icebox/w revesible mod to fit factory MAF(So I can change back when I get a bigger MAF)- new conical filter. i know this is confusing I hope there is someone who knows what I a looking for!

I'm going to be running a 3.5" mandrel bent aluminum pipe from the opening of my ram air "hole" to a custom aluminum air box.

I just have to get all the right degrees of the bends, then I'm going to have a pipe built from my exhaust guys. Polish er' up, as well as the custom air box, and have a nice Ram air setup. But I first have to get some other things done, then I'll jump right on it.

Here are some ideas from the GN... You may find a way to use one of their pipes, but I would consider these just as ideas.

BTW, here is a pic of my Ram Air "HOLE" which will feed all the air...
Not really looking for any Gains by doing this, but a lil' customization doesn't hurt.

i don't think a power stroke diesel is a rice mobile its just the rubber collars., they fit better than the rubber ones in the home depot plumbing section, i just need help not poked fun at, anyway i think i can get em through parts.
