I have a complete motor from a 1997 Mark VIII for sale. The mileage is 158K. I'm sure you already know, but just in case you forgot, 1997 was the first year that the Mark VIII's came with the upgraded beehive valve springs, Cobra style valve covers, revised intake manifold, and COP ignition.

Complete Motor with Accessories, ECU, and Harnesses $700

Long Block only (Block, rotating assembly, heads/cams) $450
