Hi all! Currently driving a Cadillac CTS but am looking at a Silver 2004 LS Ultimate with 53K and a price of $8500. Car is in great shape with only a few minor scratches on the hood. Not easy to see BTW. Do you think this car is being valued reasonably? Thanks for any input.

What other options?

You said Ultimate, so I assume you know the trim packages and are not just going off what the seller is claiming.

I would shoot for closer to 6.5-7.

Is this private sale or a dealer? Price seems dealerish (too high).

it is an Ultimate without nav or parking sensors - yes it is a chevy dealer about 90 miles from where I live. Price is their asking price before negotiation.

If you can, post the online ad to the car. But knowing the little information you have provided, I wouldn't pay more than 6 unless it is rare for your area to find an LS and this one fits what you want (color, options, condition, etc...)

etis info 04 ls

Lincoln LS - high version - i was comparing car options to description of what is on an ultimate. Could not be an actual Ultimate but would have cost the original oowner more than buying the package I would think.

As it's not an "Ultimate", but more likely a "Premium". I wouldn't pay more than $5K. What's the book value???

Pretty much sounds like my LS Sport, which, if I decide to sell, would go on the market for a lower price. But, I'm not dealer affiliated.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I guess I didn't take into consideration it could be a premium or lower version with the moonroof, walnut dash, chrome wheels, etc added without going to a higher package.
