Coolant crossover tube removal

unbolt the alt, remove
unbolt the 2 bolts going into the intake that hold the tabs down on the crossover tube. tap on 1 side from underneath with a rubber mallet to free the tube from the head. it might be tough to get out, its just a rubber o-ring holding it in. you might need to use a little pry bar action to gently persuade it out.. reapeat on other side..
its not that hard, just stuck sometimes.. mine was stuck pretty good the first time i had to take it out..

I had to work the crap out of mine, a pry bar did help. Patiences helped also.
