Ok so I went with Verizon a bit ago for DSL, every damn day I get dissconected for a little bit at any moment and I have to call those bastards, they then hook me up to a service agent in like Pakistan or something and they allways need to have me hardwire my modem to my computer...I guess this defeats wireless huh...I mean after all thats what I wanted so that im not running wires all over my appt. Oh one guy told me that I can move my phone jack..? I live in a appartment that I rent I cant knock a hole in the wall, he said I dont have to..?
After cursing for a while cause they dont know what they hell they are doing and stoping them from messing up my PC even more they tell me I can talk to a premium service agent and they will fix it for me. Well that costs 10 dollars a month..WTF? I pay for something included in my service that is pointless then huh.
Well after talking to one of the premium service reps I find that they are actually fluent in speaking English and are located in America.. they are actualy true American citizens. Verizons regular service techs are in Pakistan, from what the lady told me.
Now Im not racist or anything like that at all but why do you have to pay to speak to someone thats American and is actualy based in America wich by the way helps the fact that you can understand what they are saying when you are subscribed to a service in America!
Its BS if you ask me.
