My cruise control stopped working today. When I turn it on, then hit the set button, the cruise light in the dash flickers once very quickly. If I continue to hit the button it will flicker each time. Anyone else ever have this issue. I drive a TON of highway miles. I use my cruise everywhere I go.

I'd check the brake deactivation switch for leaks as that is a fairly common failure (& a recall item.)
You can always bypass it temporarily to see if that is the issue, too.

It is under the passenger front fender liner near the air intake.

My horn still works. Last night I hit the cruise button several times and I got it to activate for about 3 seconds. Just as it took over, it shut off. I think I may just need to replace the cruise.

It say there are no recalls for my car.

That probably means it was completed already as mine also says the same.
I would definitely check this switch out as mine was also recalled, but it had failed again.
The switch failed by leaking brake fluid onto the wires and they essentially melted off. It was acting exactly like yours is.

No CC on my 94. If the deactivation switch measures more than 5 ohms it's NG. I measured my switch and short wire, all is well. Another member (thanks BRUCE) had the same problem that your having. Check all of your brake lights. A bad connection or bulb will create the problem that your having. Had the wife look at the brake lights, and right side ooo. An hour later it worked. Bulb checked ok with meter. I put in a new bulb. Pull bulbs and put them back in, cleaning the connections. Car still up on stands, so I don't know if this fixed it. You have to go 30-35 mph to see if it's working.
