Ok, so I was going over the few Lincoln LS brochures that I have (02, 03, 04, 05, and 06) and what I found out was that all of the years of LS's have different weights.

2002

V6 manual 3603lbs.
V6 auto 3640lbs.
V8 auto 3728lbs.

2003

V6 auto 3720lbs.
V8 auto 3811lbs.

2004

V6 auto 3681lbs.
V8 auto 3962lbs.

2005

V6 auto 3719lbs.
V8 auto 3772lbs.

2006

V8 auto 3772lbs.

I understand that 02 and 03 are different and they might have different weights, but the V8 03 and V8 04 cannot have that big of a difference in weight, there is a 151lbs. of difference, maybe the driver was inside of something..

I think Lincoln have should have done a better job with filling up the technical data in their brochures. What a shame..

The '04 V8 auto weighs about 3750.

Quite heavy, but the only time I notice it is when I have to hit the brakes hard. Good bet it well be better once I replace the front brakes.
