New moon roof seal
New power seat glide
New front air struts
Brand New Battery

The car will also come with the original honeycomb rims with Yokohama all season tires(new)

This car has been absolutely babied, and you will not find a more beautiful black leather interior anywhere. The car has aproximately 126,000 original miles.

The engine currently in the vehicle is the original. It runs and purrs like a kitten, but there is a blown head gasket, so it will overheat(no t-stat currently installed to counteract this) -hence the new engine- a project he no longer have the time, patience, or energy for.

The car has ZERO other problems.

There are a few minor flaws of course:
The car comes with a thick layer of dust.. Paint underneath is PERFECT.
There is a crack across the front corner of the bumper- can be repaired(and he will provide the source for the extra paint)
There are some mars in the rear bumper that need slight paint.
There is a small slit in the vinyl on the drivers side door(easily repaired or covered up)
The rims have some minor scrapes and wear...some water spots(all fixable with a good polishing/tlc) The center caps, which are not chromed the same way, probably need to be replaced.

Other than that..the car is PERFECT.

Car took first in class and club's best paint at the All Ford Nationals a few years back.........

Here is some pix and about the same info as what you can read here, just easier to put the pix there instead of here. Please if you are interested inbox me or Email me.

The price is $9000/obo and the work involved is VERY minimal since it is a simple motor swap. If someone close to me (within reason) purchases the car and needs someone versed at doing motor swaps (I have done 5 in less than a years time) then you can hit me up and I can help you, or if you live far I can give you heads up with what you need to do and what needs to be swapped. I know what he will take, but the car has well over $20K invested and even at $9K you are getting ONE HELL of a deal.

I would like to see PICS and I will have some questions at that point. Just wanted to get in first to have the opportunity to buy the car. The link to the PICS has died. I'm truly interested and hope by this message you will give me first right to the car.

Does it look the same as the one in your photo garage?

Thanks

Yes, there is a link in the description above for pix. And to clarify this is NOT my car, nor do I own it. I am posting it here for a friend and he lives in CT.

I am the point of contact for the car, and can answer almost any question you might have about the car. If I can not I can provide the answer or can have you get in touch with the guy that is selling it.

He is SUPER busy and that is why I am placing it on here for sale, so any questions feel free to email me or inbox me or just simply ask them here. The car is damn near perfect.

If I had the money I would not hesitate in purchasing this car. I have seen it in person and it is immaculate. He recently purchased a new car, and a condo, so he NEEDS to get rid of it. Not only for the cash, but so he can park his brandy new car in the garage at his condo complex.

Edit: After trying the link, I realized that it did not work....it does now if you still would like to look at the pix.....sorry for the mess up.

Engine swap in a 1995 (since there is no listed year I guessed at 95) pays:

Replace Block
32.7 Hours
Includes: R&R Engine & Transfer All Necessary Components.

Granted, the new heads are already on but the transfer is the easy part. Bottom line, for the average Joe, its a full 24 hour job, broken down into three parts of 8 hours with the right tools its still a handfull. And 9 G's for it, man thats really a stout asking price for something thats going to require a new motor install. I'm not knockin the car at all, but I think when it gets down to about $4000 he might get a few offers, but until then its in the stratosphere.

Although I agree with you on the task of swapping the engine. I would have NO problem paying 9g's for that car. The engine is a 0 mile ford crate unit, and the car is full of mods.

Like I said......If I did'nt have 2 VIII's, and a 4x4 to pay for, that would be mine.

Maybe, but they are more show mods than go mods. :ban

Regardless, selling a modded vehicle is a crapshoot at best. It usually means much more to the owner who invested time, money, blood, sweat and tears to build it than to anyone else who may buy it. :)

Yea once my big check comes in if this car is still around i am going to pick it up.
i got somethings laying around that i can make a full show n drag car. not to mention what i could possible add to a stock motor. But its 6 or more months till my big check comes and right now im dying in medical bills that my lawyer tells me dont pay and its killing my credit. Good luck with the sale. if it dont sell ill be there to pick it up when the money is in the bank. untill then ill muster up some ideas if i do get it.

the paintjob on this car alone is amazing. stock block while its out build it up do it right. put the mark 8 into flight.

Ok peeps....sorry when my computer crashed it took that file with it and screwed things up.....I have fixed it and the pix are back up on my site.......hope you guys like....and we can get this car sold.....or were you guys just wanting to look at pix?? :shifty:

I was interested but after running the number I just can't justify 9000 Gen I...

Don't get me wrong... that is a BEAUTIFUL Job on paint, great color, good exection... Its just that I would like to start with something that I could make more ME!
