DATC test will not run

I'm trying to diagnose my 2001 LS. I am thinking I have a DCCV problem but cannot get the test to run. Car was blowing hot air out of all vents, I changed the #1 fuse under hood and now have ambient air at least through the vents. Any advice?

DCCV is going bad if the fuse was blown then it's shorting out.

That's what I figured. Still confused why the test won't run though. I guess for now I'll order the DCCV and change that out. Thanks

I hope you are aware that the DATC test varies from the two generations. Are you sure you are performing the test for the GEN1 and not the GEN2?

I am holding the off and floor buttons and then pressing auto.
Edit: I got it to run once when I initially started troubleshooting but have never been able to run it again.
