2000 LS V8: AC is blowing out hot, like 100 degree hot air on any setting. It's pretty hot from start up to engine warm up then it gets really hot. Never comes out ambient temperature or colder if AC function is turned on. The pressure is good and it the fuses check good.

so you may have two problems, if when a cold engine is started up, you dont get AC for a couple of minutes, then it doesn't sound like you AC is working.

BUT if once the engine gets warmed up, the air gets even hotter, then you may have a bad DCCV.

when you say the "pressure is good", how exactly did you test this?

Did you run a DATC diagnostic test? If yes, any codes? If no, run one and reply back with the codes.

My DCCV went bad, cold one side, hot on the other. Hot changing with engine temp. The DCCV is a fairly easy replacement. So, I would start there. If it isn't bad, it will be. Or, it seems that way. Some may disagree.
