Barry, you should be ashamed to associate yourself with these people and support their positions. It is disgusting.

And you sit there and gloat that Bush's numbers are down. Get a clue.

Like I have been "ranting" according to Barry...(actually it is called informing you folks that might not be as interested in the day to day of politics and dirty tactics. Not a rip, just that I spend a considerable amount of time working for conservative causes around the nation trying to get the truth out) this is how today's politics works.

You don't have to be correct, honest or even accurate to report today's news. All you need to do is get your lie printed or aired by the MSM and it's fellow haters of Bush and the Bush administration.

So what you do is lie. Then several days later come clean in a half ass way. Want proof? Here it is.

AP FRIDAY NIGHT CLARIFICATION ON BUSH/KATRINA VIDEO

Clarification: Katrina-Video story
ASSOCIATED PRESS

WASHINGTON (AP) _ In a March 1 story, The Associated Press reported that federal disaster officials warned President Bush and his homeland security chief before Hurricane Katrina struck that the storm could breach levees in New Orleans, citing confidential video footage of an Aug. 28 briefing among U.S. officials.

The Army Corps of Engineers considers a breach a hole developing in a levee rather than an overrun. The story should have made clear that Bush was warned about floodwaters overrunning the levees, rather than the levees breaking.

The day before the storm hit, Bush was told there were grave concerns that the levees could be overrun. It wasn't until the next morning, as the storm was hitting, that Michael Brown, then head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, said Bush had inquired about reports of breaches. Bush did not participate in that briefing.

CAN YOU SAY...LOSERS!

They call it a clarification. Just admit AP that you are nothing more than a lying bunch of scumbuckets that are no longer relevant and have to fabricate stories to get noticed.

You keep having that recurring dream. One thing to hang your hat on. The guy's a loser. Give it up.

Address the actual post, don't just deflect and change the subject.

What is there to reply to? The difference between overrunning and breaching? That's reaching. He already admitted screwing up. Why do you keep defending BuSh?

The world wide web is still waiting for you to factually elucidate your endless grunts.

And Bush is the only person that assumed any responsibility, although it is my opinion he has ABSOLUTELY no fault in this. How you can hate so much is truly a spectacle. And especially given the truths laid bare in front of you.

That comment was uncalled for Vitas................

On this issue, Barry has the fact that Bush has taken responsibility for the Katrina debacle, granted Bush is not the only person to blame by a long shot nor should he take full responsibility.

Is a grunt. Pure, plain, and simple.

Calabrio’s comment:

“Address the actual post, don't just deflect and change the subject.” May clarify the issue for you.

You contradict yourself.

On this issue, “Barry has the fact that Bush has taken responsibility for the Katrina debacle, granted Bush is not the only person to blame by a long shot nor should he take full responsibility” you say that Barry has a point, that Bush has taken responsibility, but then you admit that Bush was not the one solely to blame. In fact it was a perfunctory admission. How could anyone possibly blame Bush for State government officials not accurately relaying the factual events occurring in New Orleans?

Barry’s “commentary” has not, to date, had any substance. He simply engages in name calling, of both the public figures, and our fellow posters. [snip]
