Republicans' health-care plan is for Americans to "die quickly."

Congressional leaders weighed in Thursday on a Florida Democrat's assertion from the floor of the House that Republicans' health-care plan is for Americans to "die quickly." Republicans continued to call for an apology from Rep. Alan Grayson, but House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested that was a hypocritical demand.

Grayson's statement Tuesday night has ricocheted around the blogosphere and the halls of Congress. Republicans are demanding an apology, just as Democrats did with Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) in September.

Grayson has not only refused to apologize, but further drew the GOP's ire by referring Wednesday night on the House floor to the deaths of those lacking health insurance as a "holocaust." (He later acknowledged that wasn't "the best choice of words.) Then he said on CNN that Republicans were "knuckle-dragging Neanderthals."

The new word of the day is, "projection".

He even used the term "holocaust."
He should be embarrassed, but he has no shame.

In the meantime, Joe Wilson was right calling Obama a liar.

I just hope the right wing death panels that Sarah Palin will be supervising are going to have the legal authority to cancel Matlock re-runs.

Do they have a class in law school called "Abject Nonsense 101?"

Well, when the law school you went to is completely imaginary, it seems they do have that class.;)

The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.

--Ronald Reagan, the man who saved Socialist Security.

Fixed that for you:

The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.

--Ronald Reagan the man who saved Socialist Security, quoting a statement often attributed to Norman Thomas, a leading American socialist, pacifist, and six-time presidential candidate.

The is another dishonest and disingenuous Jagger-bot smear...
The quote in question is attributed to Norman Thomas from an interview in 1948. It more then meets any scholarly standards for acceptance as legitimate. The Jagger-bot is simply working to move the goalposts on this claim.

Also, he is distorting the social security issue under Reagan as well, chiefly through lies of omission to justify his distortion...
