Different Tails

I have a '03 Aviator and was just looking at the clear tail lights on 2006 and up Mercury Mountaineers . I was wondering if anybody knew if they would fit a Lincoln Avaitor ? I probably would not get them anyway because it would make the Aviator too Euro looking .
