Differential - How To Do It

Alright - so I'll most likely be replacing my CV joint, might as well upgrade my differential. As you may know, the Mark VIII has a 3.08 open differential. I don't like that; so I'm looking to buy a new LSD differential, preferably 3.83-4.10 but the problem is I don't really know much about differentials. I will be doing this myself - so I need your help to find an entire differential, 3.83-4.10 ratio. I've found this, but this isn't a differential? It..goes inside? I clearly need your help...

you need a 28 spline track lock, and 3.73 or 4.10 gears. preferably 4.10s.
then a gear install kit. if you do it yourself, you need some more specialized tools.
i don't really suggest doing it yourself.
