What is the best choice of service media, the book, or the CD's? (03 LS-8)
Also, is there a way to find out all of the TSB's, so I can try to get them fixed
while I still have 8 mo. of warranty left.
The CD's I have are relatively easy and faster to use rather than flipping pages. I have a PC in my garage which also helps.
A TSB is just a helpful procedure for dealerhip service if/when a problem occurs. A problem has to exist for them to consult a TSB and remedy the problem; they're just not going to throw new parts on your car because some others have had a problem... that is, unless it's a recall.
I have both. The CD is handy...but much more clumsy to navigate. Sifting through the wiring diagrams on the CD is a royal pain in the ass. I don't mind the CD for service procedures, but for wiring diagrams, get the book.
