after an airbag replacement?

Found a shop willing to replace the airbag, but they're saying extra cost for the front-end alignment that has to be done afterwards.

All Data is not showing anything about this issue.

Is this true? Opinions, please.

I can't imagine why unless they have to remove an adjustable part to do so. Such as an upper arm. The air struts in our cars don't have to be adjusted. Are they the same in a connie?

Car is 94 Contintental

Sorry about that guys. The car is:

1994 Lincoln Continental - Executive Series

Replacing: Driver side air bag

I'm a caddy guy trying to fix my daughter's Continental, so, I'm new to these car's air suspension.

Okay, well thanks for the input about the need for an alignment after the airbag installation.

I couldn't figure out how or why the mechanic was saying the car would need an alignment job after replacing the front airbag.
