Does anybody know how to replace the camshaft sensor in a 2996 Lincoln Continental, Ive done replaced the crankshaft sensor, it ran for about a day

Does anybody know why my car won't start ,I replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor,it ran for about a day then nothing it only starts after it sits for awhile,so I'm at a loss of words and a pain in my butt for my 1996 Lincoln Continental it's a 4.6 V8,can anybody give any suggestions
