Does anyone know what this mean

My 88LSC wont start just keeps turning and turning now i see a code or what i think it is a code is shows up as E3 32 can anyone tell me if anything what this mean.

I forgot to add this happened a yr ago and it was the fuel pump had that changed. I started the car a week ago and moved it and now its just turning and turning.

or
your piston rings are completely shot so you're not getting compression or expansion.

How did you confirm fuel pressure? What's your fuel pressure at the rail?
How did you confirm vacuum or compression? What are the high and low pressures?
How and where did you verify spark?

20070129 skar jag vadduden har en Mustang att tanka pumpar och är läs- 1/2 mycket på mätinstrumentet, men sockan når inte tanka. Lösning? Uppehälle som en full behållare av tankar eller installerar en Lincoln markerar socka VII.
