I'm taking her in for a dyno tune and was wondering what all I need to know to make sure that they DO IT TO HER(I like saying that). I have a 99 trans in it with the PI 3200 stall. I also punched out the front cats as well. Right now it always feels like it doesn't know which gear to stay in. It really only does it from 0 to 50. Like if I'm trying to stay at 30mph it does it sometimes or going up a hill. It also doesn't down shift until I put my foot into it.

I know allot of it has to do with the high stall, but shouldn't they be able to do something about that? It runs out great on the highway except when I put on the cruise, it will accelerate then decelerate back and forth. But if I just use the foot pedal it feels great. Will they be able to fix this and what is it they will have to do to correct this? What other things can I have them do? The cost is 475 and includes the chip. They said when I get the 4.10s in they will charge me 25 buck to retune it. Is that sound about right? I really don't have many place's in town that are set up to do this.

Thanks,

Greg

So, Frogman is the only person here that knows anything about Dyno tuning? Could someone please help me out here?
