We've had a lot of help from everybody on the site. So I thought I would start a thread about the door ajar switch on my 1994 Town Car in order to add more perspective to the problem.
Recently the door ajar light and the air suspension light have come on and the air suspension won't do anything. I replaced the air springs, the compressor and the solenoids about six months ago and it's worked great. My theory is that with the door ajar light on the computer thinks it's open and won't let the system cycle. So I tried the WD/PB that has been suggested and it didn't work. I replaced the door ajar sensor on the drivers side but that didn't fix it either. So I am going to make my way around the car and check the others. I figured since the drivers side gets the most use that would probably go bad first but I have seen posts that suggest otherwise and it makes sense that the least used might corrode.
Does anyone know of a way to temporarily bypass the switch, ie jumper?

I think you should keep trying the WD man please.....it just worked for me. I think it may work!
