i have a 97 Mark Viii and i just changed the shocks and shock mounts about a month ago and the clunking noise went away for a while now it came back what could be the problem? and my 2nd Question is what can i do for a awrped door panel mines is peeling at the top where it meets the window? how much for a new door panel?

The peeling of the door panel, get some weather striping glue, pull the top up, put glue under, tuck in, and weigh it down with something, my gen 1 had the same prob on my drivers side, just glue it down and be like new.

thats what i did. except... i went total overkill and used jb weld to totally make it bulletproof.lol

Trunk Q:

Have you checked the spare tire tie down? I hadn't aired my spare for some time and the tire deflated enough to allow the thing to move around.

If it's not in the trunk, sometimes the small speaker in the rear break loose.

I had that happen to my 95.. One of the contecting placstic ears on the cone broke. Thing rattled like crazy...
