Maybe I used the wrong blade? 24tpi I don't have a grinder. There is no reason a sawzall cant cut through a hinge pin. It can't be that hard, at least I would'nt think so. Id run to the nearest discount tool store and buy a 10 dollar grinder, and some cut-off wheels.

Hey, Klutch,

I am trying to do my door hinge also, and I can't even see the bolt holding the assy to the frame. It's exactly behind the edge of the door. It's almost like I can't quite open the door wide enough to get to them. I have wobble sockets, but they're useless b/c I have abs. no angle whatsoever. The more I press the door open, the less room I have to fit the socket around, let alone the wobble. Any ideas?

I'm not sure I understand fully are you trying to unbolt the door from the hinges or the hinges from the car? I would like to help as much as I can because I know its a real pain :)

Oh, I just unbolted the hinge from the door and but the hinge pin in half and replaced the pin if only the pin is bad no need to remove the entire hinge I followed these instructions (mostly had to improvise since I dont have a dremel)http://www.lincolnsonline.com/article45.html if you have anymore questions I would be happen to answer if I can.

Ok, that sounds a lot easier. I think I can do that. Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes.
