Door rubber coming off

I realized this when i was washing my car the other day it was sticking out like a sore thumb. the rubber seal is coming off i tried to put it back on but the holes are ripped. what can i do about this. heres a pic

If it was my car, I would try to fix it myself before buying a new seal. My suggestion to you would be to take the plastic clips out of the frame and put them back in the holes (ripped or not). Then, I would get some weather-stripping adhesive and dab some glue around the clips and let it dry for a day or two. Then, you could put it on and it should work. I've done this sort of thing on a couple of cars that we get in at my dealership (I detail cars).........its worth a shot.

Strange coincidence. I found that on mine yesterday. It wasn't ripped too badly, and I was able to get it wrapped back over the plastic peice. I just went slow with it. I could see how it could get ripped if you get out of the car and your foot hits the wrong spot. I would try the glue trick first like suggested.
