Door Speaker Sizes

Anyone what to throw me bone on the door speaker sizes. Looking to upgrade them with some infinity kappa series.

hmm... im pretty sure mine are 5.25.. doesnt it depends on what speaker package the car came with?

my 00 sport is 5X7/6X8, I put infinity referance 6X8's and they fit perfect.

I have the Alpine in-dash 6 disc with no subs. I would imagine that all the door speakers would be the same size.

6x8s in all 4 doors. I have Infinity Reference components in the fronts and infinity Kappas in the back doors. I also added 2 Infinity Kappa 6x9s on the rear deck. I didn't have the stock subs either.

now if i get those speakers, will they thump harder than the stock speakers, because i know those infinity's have crisp highs but wht about the mids and lows?

I haven't tried that, I changed my headunit and added 2 amps for speakers at the same time.

The sound should get better, not necessarily louder but it'll get cleaner.
