Thats the only part you need to buy. But get ready to get creative when cutting the middle out and attaching it to your head unit. I did my AVIC-D1 with that piece and the whole process was a pain in the ass. But i think i did better than any audio shop around where i live could do. Be careful because at $75 a pop, it'll be an expensive mistake if you screw that piece up. Good luck. Post pics when your done.
