Winter has just ended, and weather has starting warming up, and the rainy season is upon me. I have noticed that my drivers floorboard has stayed wet for a couple weeks now, and the carpet on the bottom of my door panel gets wet, as well as the pockets on the door panel. The headliner seems to be perfectly dry, so I don't think its the sunroof drains, but if any one has any ideas as to why those things are staying wet, I'd greatly appreciate the input. The car is a 2003 LS Base

Sunroof drain or heater core. Feel pillars to see if sunroof, don't think much of the headliner gets wet, not in mine anyway but I'm in Vegas, it barely rains. Can feel it on my pillars though. If you're losing coolant, heater core.

Heater core leaks (very rare) come out the AC drain under the car, not on the cabin floor.

It worth it to take a look at the drains. No cost and that is most likely the problem.

I have found the lines seem to shrink and you might need to add some hose but usually you can pull and force the hose back on the nipple. I added a small hose clamp to keep it from coming off again.

On mine had this problem solved with small stainless hose clamp . Also a good idea is to get piece of weed wacker line and feed down the drain every so often to make sure they don't get clogged. Clogged drains are a problem I have had with most of cars I have had with sun/moon roof . Seems like some tree or flower pollen tend to clog them. My Mks does not have one which was a plus when I purchase it
