I just changed my door handles - not TOO difficult.
If you decide to go that route, there is two nuts (a third if you have the keypad) holding the handle to the door. Take those off first, then pull door out slightly so you can slide off the clip that holes the key lock cylinder to the handle. Then remove the rod from the plastic clip on the back of the keylock, unplug the light from the plug at the end of the wire, then remove the lock cylinder. Unclip the door handle rod from the lock (it's a plastic clip) so you can detach the rod from the lock. Once that's loose, just pull the handle off!
The window off the track I haven't had to deal with so I'm no help there...
