DRL Mods?

Has anyone attempted or thought about "Mod-ing" the DRL's to switch on the parking lights instead of the high beams? Just a thought, I like the way GM does it.

Most of us don't have DRL since it is not required here in the states. The Canadian spec LS is equipped with DRL.

Someone said on here that you can go to the dealership and they can flash your car for DRL's. Not sure though.
