I'm going to guess "windage tray"?(if equipped) I see crank,rods,oil pump,oil pump pickup. All thats needed. Unless from the dark vid some little bots is missing?

Done before don't mean squat when it comes to parts left out. However I have to say this thing was under water a few years ago. Had it's oil changed but that doesn't seem like it was enough after I took it apart and inspected why it was down a cylinder

So I am now guessing the engine was missing a main cap that was suppose to be there? If so WOW.

looking at the video NO MOVEMENT OF THE ROCKER ARM AND BROKEN VALVE SPRING.

Yeah the rocker wont move cause the spring ain't pushing it to the push rod, Took about 10 minutes to put the new spring in and after that put the rocker shaft back on. Adjusted the rockers and for once the thing started with no thump from a dead cylinder and no tapping from out of adjustment valves
