Easy entry..

I am having an issue well more of an annoyance with my memory setting particulary with the steering wheel. Sometimes it does not adjust to my saved setting when I start the car. I actually have to push my # 1 button on the door and then the steering wheel goes to my setting. Has any one else experienced this? Is there a fix? While I am asking on my climate control panel there is a button next to my rear defog button that looks similar to the rear defog button but has like a lightning bolt looking line going horizontally through it. When I push it nothing seems to happen. What is it? Oh I have a 00. TIA

I think you are talking about windshield wiper warmer.
It automatically turns on when it's cold outside (dont know the exact temp)
about easy entry, I think that's something that more than few of us have problem with.

ya mine works, but if i keep hitting the number 1 setting, my side mirror will move everytime... it will keep moving away from me til it cant move anymore... weird...

I have had this exact same problem with the steering wheel not quite going to the right place since I bought my car last year. I finally caved and disabled easy entry just yesterday. One of the things that drives me nuts about this car is that all the neat features break or are useless:

Easy entry won't put the steering wheel where it belongs
Outside temperature gauge is never right
Gas mileage gauge is never right
Auto-dimming rear mirror broke, and was so expensive I replaced it with an old-fashioned one

Kind of makes me wonder what the point of having such a fancy car is. I can't enjoy the fancy stuff, it's all broken.
