It has awful rear window ripple which tells me it has seen it's share of the sun and that console lid is showing signs of just setting in the heat but they say it has never really seen rain. Hard for me to believe and the price it's getting is hard for me to believe too. Non rust vehicles are wanted up north so that's helping, along with the low miles.

I bet it's seen hurricanes and more than it's fair share of rain. Maybe not driven in the rain but it's surely been setting out in it. Low mileage dry rot is what that is. The new owner might sign up soon and be asking "what's wrong with this, what's wrong with that, etc.
