eibachs for sale

I was planning on installing them this spring once it warms up but I thought I give it a shot to see if someone else wants them and I'll just go with the coilovers instead
 
what's the difference between regular springs and coilovers?
 
Sale fell through so I am now thinking of holding on to them and wait to see if I actually want the stance coil overs or not. Ill let you all know if they go back up for sale
 
how muxh will the coilover be if you mind me asking?
