Electrical Problems

1995 Lincoln Mark VIII - Everything electrical except the ignition flickers. Headlights, dome lights, ac radio, everything. Any suggestions? Ground wire at battery seems okay.

Bad voltage regulator. Test voltage, bet its above 16 volts. Test that, if its above 15volts when running then swap the alt.

Yes it is running when this happens. I changed the alternator about 6 months ago but I realize that does not mean it could have gone bad.
