Anyone know where to get the little round fasteners for the engine cover. I seem to be missing two of them.

There is an off chance that the "Help" section at your local auto parts store may have them. However, from what I've seen that section usually caters to Government Motors vehicles.

i seem to be missing a lot of them, but as long as everything is held down im fine

My car is mysterious.. I dropped one of those down in the engine bay and couldn't find it.. Over 8 months later, I looked down in there and it was in plain sight.. Weird because I looked for like an hour before and I couldn't find it..

I gotta buy some too.. Tell us how much they run..

I was missing two of them on my cover when I bought mine. Just went into the local ford dealer and had the parts manager order me some. They come in pakages of four and set me back $5 bucks.
