My engine fan runs at full speed when the engine gets heated up. The car is not overheating. Only when I set the heat at 90 degrees, it will become inaudible. What is the cause of this and what should be done? Thank You in advance for your help.

Are you turning the heat/defroster on or just heat? Many cars turn the ac on with defroster. The fans come on high with the ac.

It would help to know the year of your car and if it is a V8 or V6.

When was your last coolant flush? Did you check the coolant level? Have you tried correctly bleeding all the air out of the cooling system?
