A general rule of thumb is up to 50% on a stock application so, that would be 125. Quite a few people on here have run a 100 shot anywhere between 1-3 years or more. Some switched over to turbos and superchargers after that, while myself and some others bumped up to the 125 shot.
How long it lasts all depends on how careful you are setting it up and monitoring it during use, and safety interlocks, and your driving and frequency of use. Some of its luck too, hoping you didnt get a weak rod or piston from the factory. I believe they are powdered rods, not as good as forged. Pistons and crank I also believe are the same, but I'm sure the crank is not an issue. I bet rods go first, then pistons, assuming you are running proper A/F ratios.
