The fact that there isn't a politician in the country who will state we are in a war concerning our southern border, does not alter the fact.
We are in a war against illegal immigration.
Like any war we have fought in the past, we need troops and firepower.
We need to arm the military and put them on the border with orders to shoot to kill.
All this pussyfooting around is not going to solve one thing.
If politicians really want to get serious, they need to address the situation at the southern border with some sense of emergency.
How much longer do we American, citizen tax payers have to bear the brunt of supporting these illegals who are putting strains on our economic situation throughout the country.
Here in Southern Ca, emergency clinics are closing because the government will not re-imburse them for treating all the illegals.
This is just one facet of the problems these illegals are causing.
Putting the military on the border will put an enormous dent in the flow of illegals to this country.
My feeling is that if enough of them are shot dead for entering illegally, the rest will get the message that perhaps they better stay home.
Make no mistake, we are in a war, and we need to act as such.
As for the 12 million illegals thet are here already, it has been said by all politicians that nothing can be done to send them back.
That is the biggist cop-out I have ever heard.
During wwII we bothered to round up all japanese people all over the country and put them in concentration camps until the war was over.
We had no problem finding them.
The same tactic should be used to round up all the illegals that are here.
Throw them in camps until we can decide who is here legally, and who is not.
Those that are not get a bus ticket south.
I find it amusing that one citizen amoung the millions could come up with a positive answer to the immigration problem and yet, the "balless" politicians can't seem to do one thing about this growing threat to our country.
Perhaps it is time to let your friendly politician know that unless they get moving on this issue, they will not be re-elected.
